A growing company is seeking a Senior IT Manager to join their team based in London.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer your duties as a Senior IT Manager will include:Taking responsibility for all IT infrastructure, security and maintenance.Supporting, maintaining and developing applications on-premise, hosted, and in the cloud and improving the Service Delivery, both the team and environment.Managing, supporting and developing the entire Microsoft Stack.Troubleshooting VOIP queries and escalating to the supplier where necessary.Maintaining and creating documentation of systems as necessary.Spearhead the rollout of various technology infrastructure and network projects. We are keen to speak to any Senior IT Managers who have the following skills and experience:
Excellent knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint and IT infrastructure covering Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Cisco Meraki, networking, firewalls, security and wireless.Grasp of emerging technologies and a proven ability to understand and implement them within a business.Previous experience managing a technology budget of over £1.5M.Extensive experience in an IT management role with a track record of understanding risk, performance monitoring, planning projects, managing suppliers, junior staff members, IT teams, third-party relationships and SLA's.Strong experience supporting and maintaining infrastructure in a complex multi-site, multi dependency environment.Experience of migrating servers from on-premises to a hybrid on-premises/cloud infrastructure Specifically Azure.Technically skilled using Microsoft Stack from endpoint to cloud and virtualization (e.g. Hyper-V, VMWare, etc.). In return, the Senior IT Manager will receive a salary of circa £60,000 per annum. The job title of ‘Senior’ relates simply to the level of experience and has no relevance to age.
