Field Application Engineer - Memory (m/w/d). A manufacturer of Memory products is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support their growing sales unit. You will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and their distribution network across the DACH Region and Europe. Customers are spread across various industries with the main focus lying on industrial accounts. As the Field Application Engineer you will work closely with a team of Key Account Managers and Product Support Engineers.You would be expected to travel substantially and this could be around 50% of your time.
Suitable candidates will ideally have experience working with Flash Memory products, however this is not a must as full training will be provided. However you will be expected to have a strong technical background and qualification.
Field Application Engineer Requirements:
Degree qualified within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related subject.Minimum 3 years’ experience working with an Field Application Engineering or Technical Support role.Experience of Flash Memory (especially NAND) and Firmware is advantageous.Flexible with a willingness to travel mainly across the DACH RegionBusiness fluency in English, German is a big plus
