Based in the heart of Watford, we are an innovative national company based in the finance sector. We have grown in size since our doors first opened and we are therefore seeking to appoint a talented IT Support Lead who has previous managerial experience.

We have offices in London, Milton Keynes and Watford and have over 160 staff currently employed. We are constantly evolving to ensure that we keep the pace with the increased demands of our clients and due to the continual growth, we are looking for an experience IT Support Lead to join our team!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member on the team, you will be involved in supporting the existing infrastructure including server, network, storage and data applications as well as project-based work to improve the infrastructure environment. You will be working within a busy IT team designing and implementing technical solutions, supporting servers, desktops and operating systems. You will be using your previous experience in technical troubleshooting and problem solving. You will also have day to day management of the 1st and 2nd line support staff.
