Scrum Master (Agile). Would you like to progress your career in a friendly and supportive environment where you can make a real impact? You could be joining a hugely successful Cambridge based technology company that provides intelligent printing solutions for a range of industries.

As a Scrum Master you'll work with one or more Scrum development teams; facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily Stand-ups, Sprint retrospectives, product demos and reviews. You will support and coach your team to follow Agile practices and principles and help them on their journey to being self-organised and empowered to make decisions. You'll look for and remove impediments; ensure product value and success measures are clearly communicated, driving increased clarity and visibility between teams.

You'll be based in Cambridge with onsite parking and bus links available; core hours will be 1000 - 1500 and you can enjoy a number of perks including an on-site subsidised restaurant and company bonus.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology with experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager working with software development teams

Experience of working in a Scrum team with varying levels of Agile maturity and guiding them through their transformation

Advanced communication, collaboration and facilitation skills

Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle

Genuine enthusiasm, keen to learn and share ideas

As a Scrum Master you will earn a competitive salary (to £55k) plus benefits.
