This SQL Server DBA role will report directly into the Service Delivery Manager and will be the first point of contact for customers enquiries and problems. This role is integral to maintain their success, making sure to deliver top quality customer service.SALARY AND BENEFITS: £50K-60K dependant on experience, 25 days holiday + 5 carried over, Microsoft/Oracle certifications, CharlieHR Perks (i.e. discounts on retailers, vouchers etc) & Season Ticket LoanThe roleThis role will have time split between managed services support (80%) and some consultancy work during busier periods (20%). Based in London with occasional client site visits.Managed Services Support:ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE = SQL Server 2012-2016maintain support for clients, responding to tickets and support functionsassist with support issues when they arise via the service deskcover hours between 8.30am-6pm as and when neededkeeping Microsoft certifications up-to-date (learning & development opportunities)Consultancy & Presales: work with customers to outline and deliver high impact solutions participate in database projects including full system design - Azure migration tuning, disaster recovery etcwork with management when necessary to resolve sensitive account issues and manage incidentswork well with both sales and pre-sales teamTop 3 required skillsSQL Server 2012-2016AWS or alternative cloud technology experienceStrong communication and consultancy skillsAs well as ...- SSRS- T-SQL skills GET IN TOUCH on 0191 917 4993 or [email protected]
