IT Service Desk IT Support Analyst - Day & Night shift rota - Kidlington£200 per day - Initial 6 month contractThis is a fantastic role for one of our most prestigious clients based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. In this IT Service Desk IT Support Analyst - Day & Night shift rota role you shall provide first line technical support and advice as part of a team of 1st line people for calls received via telephone, online portal and email. This role will have you working both day and night shifts on a 12 hour shift but with a minimum of a couple of rest days between swapping from day to night shifts and vice-versa. You must have good troubleshooting and analytical skills and have previous IT Service Desk/Helpdesk experience around Microsoft environments. You shall adhere to Service Level agreements with the business, as well as operational Level Agreements within IT.
You will provide 1st line support on a range of issues.
To be considered for the IT Service Desk IT Support Analyst - Day & Night shift rota role you will need to be able to demonstrate your knowledge in some if not all of the following:
*PC/Laptop support - hardware diagnoses & configuration
*Password resets, user administration
*Windows Operating System (Windows 8/10)
*MS Office including MS Outlook & O365
*Call logging
You must have exceptional communication skills. Any experience in the public sector would be a bonus as would any ITIL experience. Due to the location of the clients site and lack of public transport during the times of the night shifts a driving license is likely to be needed for any candidates that don't live in Kidlington itself.
