Working with some exciting clients both large corporations and smaller start-ups, they simplify analysis of research so companies are able to look at data in an easy and exciting way. They are looking for a German speaking Account Manager to expand their London team for 2020.Job DescriptionIn this Account Manager job, you will be helping to build and maintain relationships with key clients using your German language skills. You will also have the opportunity to develop knowledge in change management, market research and API technology. The company are always looking to grow their client base so you will need to enjoy using excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this Account Manager job your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Building excellent relationships with clients, assisting them with using the platform and its features'€¢Gathering client feedback to increase efficiency for both the sales and product team'€¢Assisting the sales team in on-boarding new clients'€¢Overcoming or escalating any client or product needs'€¢Developing knowledge in change management, market research and API technology

Job Requirements

'€¢A 2:1 or above from a good university'€¢Fluency in German language'€¢Excellent verbal and written communication skills'€¢A passion for problem solving and interacting with clients'€¢Experience using excel and good analytical skills (ideally an A-grade Maths GCSE)'€¢Market research or project management experience would be beneficial but is not necessary
