We are passionate about training, technology and career development.The RoleJoin one of the most exciting tech teams in Sheffield and support a multi-disciplinary team to success by working with the latest technologies on their website and applications.Key ResponsibilitiesBe involved in the software development lifecycle from the start through to live releaseWork closely with developers testing changes in development environments before releasing through to liveUse skilled exploratory and technical testing methods and toolsUse your knowledge of web applications, you will be testing at both the API / service level and through a UI. Our services are delivered through desktop and mobile browsers and also native apps on iOS and AndroidHave a good appreciation of what can and can't be automatedBuild and maintain automated tests where appropriatePlay a part in maintaining and executing non-functional tests for your servicesActively improve the processes and procedures within the tribeOur engineers work closely with colleagues in all positions, so a good level of interpersonal skill is very important to usYou will need to demonstrate comprehensive test analysis skillsHave experience of working in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)You will be happy to work independently or collaboratively on multiple tasks Key Skills Strong tech skills - exposure to API testing etcAgile ways of working - kanban, process improvement etcExperienced in mobile native and web apps testingSkilled in exploratory testingAbility to analyse and questionForm great relationships, interpersonal skills across all disciplines Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
