Spring technology are currently working with one of the UK's leading utilities providers to recruit for a Senior Helpdesk Advisor to join their thriving team in Leeds on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

The role

The successful candidate will be working within the customer service team to respond to a range of complex customer queries. You will also be liaising with other internal areas of the business while you look for a resolution to the query.

The Responsibilities

*Acting as the first point of contact for customers and identify and mange queries to their resolution.

*Maintain a strong level of customer service when dealing with customer queries

*Liaise with different areas of the business to resolve issues.

*Escalate issues to senior customer service members and third parties as and when appropriate.

*Ensure that all documentation of customer issues are correctly followed up on.

*Keep up to date with latest changes that can affect the team.

*Ensure that all queries are correctly logged.

The Requirements

*Experience within a contact centre / customer support environment is vital.

*Outstanding customer service experience.

*Ability to keep on top of KPI's

*Problem solving as the role requires the ability to think on your feet.

*Communication skills as the role requires speaking to different stakeholders both internal and external.

*Strong IT skills as you will be using different IT programmes.
