What is the opportunity?

Due to ongoing success, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the business. This is a unique opportunity to come in at an early stage of the company's expansion and help steer the direction of the business and potentially build your own team of consultants once you have established yourself and your own desk.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant, you should be able to display a number of key characteristics - you should have the drive, determination and motivation to make the most of your hardworking attitude, be financially motivated and keen to convert that hard work in to a substantial pay cheque at the end of each month! Earning potential in year one is £30-50k OTE (although there's potential to earn much more for high achievers), and can increase substantially by year two. We offer some of the best, uncapped, commission rates in the industry and unrivalled opportunity for fast-tracked career progression, alongside an extensive advertising budget and flexible working hours.

Who should apply?

Our focus as a business is one over quality than quantity. This opportunity would suit people from various different backgrounds - Maybe you currently work as a consultant / trainee consultant in the recruitment industry for one of the mainstream, heavily KPI-focussed organisations, and feel as though you would like to offer a more consultative approach to your clients; or you could be an experienced resourcer/account manager who wants to progress to a consultant and increase your earning potential. You could be a senior consultant who is looking for the opportunity to work in a more autonomous environment, build your own team and move in to a team leader / management function.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a recruitment business, ideally having worked in the IT sector (although this is not essential), the hunger to succeed, excellent communication and organisation skills, and a great work ethic.
