Senior Specialist, UX/UI Designer

Location: London Role PurposeAs our new UX / UI Designer, you will work closely with our partner (cobrands) acquisition team. Your primary goals will be to design and improve the current acquisition journey and handle BAU activities across mobile and webThis role will be working with a focused acquisition squad and requires a hardworking, motivated, collaborative and deadline driven individual who advocates user-centred design and uses data and insights to inform their decisions.Key AccountabilitiesConceptualise, develop and design innovative interaction designs, navigation and prototypes of our AppsDevelop User Interface designs using knowledge of task flows, functionality requirements, Information Architecture, UI best practice and industry/company native interface standardsCollaborate with UX, BA's, PO's and development teams to ensure that the integrity of the experience is maintained through launchClearly communicate User Experience principles and design decisions to stakeholders and project team membersChampion user-centred design and usability principlesRun and facilitate user research activities and present findings back to stakeholders and team membersAdditional ResponsibilitiesHelp and contribute to workshops and focus group activitiesSkills and ExperienceESSENTIAL5+ years' experience and a strong portfolio showcasing projects worked on and the results of your work.Expert knowledge in the use of Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office SuiteExpert knowledge of UX and UI design and the principles when designing for native devicesConfident communicator with solid writing and visual communication skillsExperience with wireframing/prototyping tools to demonstrate your design approachExperience with iterative testing to validate designsDESIRABLEGood analytical skillsUnderstanding of Accessibility standards (W3C)Experience working within an Agile team (SCRUM/KANBAN)Experience using JiraIf this is the role that would interest you please feel free to reach out on my contact information belowEmail:
