Other typical activities include change, configuration and access management as well as interface monitoring, application administration, performance monitoring and management. The role works closely with other IT Operations Support and Development teams when required in support of fault resolution, and when performing bug fixes, minor enhancements and other maintenance activities.Desirable qualifications: ITIL Foundation Certificate (V2 or V3). Competencies: Change management (level 2, basic application) Application support of a Treasury Management System (level 2, basic application) Problem management (level 2, basic application) Service desk and incident management (level 2, basic application)Treasury Systems Analyst - £300pd - London - FIS ProfileMinimum ITIL Foundation. Familiar with ServiceNow, experienced in using tools such as RDP, PuTTy IBM Websphere MQ and SWIFT Good experience of Treasury Management Systems, preferable Wallstreet.
