1st/2nd Line Support Analyst

£150 per dayMy client is searching for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst for an initial 2 month contract.The key focus for the role will be delivering technical support and taking a customer-focused approach to the resolution of requests sent to the IT Help desk system.* 1st/2nd line user support

* Experience supporting a multi-site, mixed Windows environment, wide area network

* Use and support of Microsoft Office 365 applications

* Windows 2008/12/2016 server environment

* Microsoft Exchange Server

* Fixing hardware

* Citrix experience is highly desirable

* IT equipment build (laptop imaging)
