A leading Investment Bank in the City Of London have an urgent requirement for a Regulatory Project Manager for an initial 6 Month contract paying between £530 PAYE OR £700pd Umbrella PAYE. The successful candidate will have experience with Market Abuse or MADMAR Projects.Summary of RoleThis role is for a Stream Lead/Delivery Manager on the Data Framework project with key skills in: Project Management within Capital Markets IT and a portfolio of delivery on Regulatory projects.The successful candidate will have project management experience on a Market Abuse Regulatory (MAR) project. The role will involve project management of a program which will expand data provision to cover the needs of the MAD/MAR regulation with respect to IRD, FI, Equity and FX data sourcing and distribution. Orders, Executions and Market Data domains will be in scope and experience covering range of functionality across the domain is essential. The candidate will work on a large programme: the Data Framework. This provides a central data store and data distribution platform for Front Office Orders, RFQs, Transactions and Collateral information. The Data Framework also provides Market Data sourcing, data distribution, client, instrument and referential data and is driven by an electronic Data Dictionary application: Collibra.To meet the requirements of the MAD/MAR regulation the project work will focus on the integration of new Trades, Orders and Market data feeds and the distribution of Data as a Service. Projects will include delivery for new Regulatory needs, creating and enhancing Advanced APIs and the need for business rules delivered as MicroServices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Director to create/enhance and manage the Project Plans for the group, Accountable for delivery.Creation of high quality Project Communication documentation to support the delivery process and assist with Sponsor/Stakeholder communications.Coordination of deliverables with the various stakeholders of the project, IT suppliers and other Regulatory delivery streams as well as developers and other BAs on the project.Organisation of processes, meetings, artefacts and document repositories. Key Skillset:Planning and Project delivery techniques and delivery track record.Wide range of asset class knowledge across products and packagesBroad range of capital market knowledge around Sales/Trader workflow, Trades, RFQs and Market Data.Knowledge of the regulatory reporting principles : especially the MAD/MAR regulation.Technical investigative and analysis skills.Good Rates, FX, Bond and Equity financial knowledge.
