Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager on a contract bases to deliver the integration of a new acquisition their business. The role requires someone be mobile / travel happy as they will be required to travel and spend time away in Glasgow, Dublin, and Edinburgh. When not travelling the role will be based in Exeter, Devon. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts across the group. They will establish and implement the project management processes and methodologies for the Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. The role will be responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and measuring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.The right candidate will have the below:Prince 2 qualifiedPrepared to travelExperience working in mergers and acquisitionsPrevious experience of working within an IT Operations environmentTechnical understanding of the modern desktop, W10, O365, AWS,Understanding of IT security principlesAbility to manage multiple projectsFinancial budget managementThe is a contract role based at their Exeter office when not travelling to the other sites mentioned.
