Why Recruiting?
With continued expansion plans in 2020, we are looking to recruit 4 IT Service Desk agent to assist in supporting the global IT estate. This is an ideal position for someone who has a desire to get in to IT, such as studying for CompTIA ect. Or someone with some IT/service desk experience looking to learn more.
Purpose of the role:
To provide 24*7*365 IT Service Desk initial contact support to internal and external customers, providing support on all IT-supported software and hardware and mobile communications. Responsible for the management, order and distribution of software, hardware and mobile devices and also for ensuring a high level of customer service for service requests. Requests will be received via phone, email or in person. The current corporate IT estate comprises of 1,600 desktops, 4,600 laptops, 700 mobiles phones, 1,900 smart devices - all supported through the IT Service Desk along with a monthly volume of 4,500 requests.
Essential Skills for the IT Service Desk Agent:

Eligible for SC clearance
Flexible with ability to work 24/7/365 shifts
Experienced in a Service Desk environment
Strong customer service skills both via telephone and face to face
IT knowledge

Either hold or be studying CompTIA A+ qualification

Knowledge of ITIL

Desirable Skills for the IT Service Desk Agent:

Hold ITIL Certification (Foundation v3)

Service Desk experience

Knowledge of Active Directory
Understand Networking

Support knowledge of Windows 10
Experience of supporting Office 365 is desirable
