We currently have a rare opening for an experienced Recruitment Team leader or Recruitment Manager to join our Sydney business responsible for the management of a highly successful contract technical IT team who specialise in Development & Data.In the role of Recruitment Team Leader or Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for leading one of our most successful contract team's whilst ensuring our Australian growth targets are met both from a GP and Headcount perspective.As a Recruitment Manager, you will spend your time mentoring and managing team members to ensure growth on the existing client portfolio along with leading new client sales strategies. Supported by an experienced people leader you will have the freedom and autonomy to create a thriving and successful recruitment sales culture your way.The Recruitment Team Leader will be supported with strategic direction, leadership and training to compliment your existing capabilities.
