An award-winning sports marketing agency are recruiting a Senior Azure Data Developer in their Central London office.They currently employ around 200 professionals across Europe and North America, taking a data-driven, service-led approach to help some of the world's most iconic sports-rights holders to overcome commercial challenges and continually drive engagement and revenue.Simply put, they use data to provide customer insights and inform top-level decision-making, and provide innovative solutions using the latest technologies in digital marketing, data visualisation and machine-learning.The role: They are looking to strengthen their technical team by bringing in someone who can help to utilise Azure-based data services - such as working on Azure Data lake, Data Factory, Azure SQL and Azure SQL DWH.In this role you would help to design and implement new data warehouses using the above technologies, and help to shape the direction of the company in terms of its data-use within a cloud-based environment.Skills/experience:Strong experience of SQL server including T-SQL, within a data warehousing environmentExperience of developing end-to-end Data Warehousing solutions using the Microsoft stackExperience of Azure in the following technologies: Data lake, data factory, Azure SQL and Azure SQL DWH.Requirement gathering and design skillsBenefits: Salary of up to £80,000 - with bi-annual reviewsBi-annual bonuses23 days holiday, with option to buy an additional 3 - increasing with tenureA fun, social culture, with weekly sports clubs and the opportunity to attend renowned sporting eventsInterviews are already taking place, so if this exciting opportunity appeals to you, please apply ASAP for your application to be considered.
