Business Analyst - ERP ImplementationOur client, who have experienced genuine growth in recent times, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team based near Gerrards Cross, on a permanent basis. The Business Analyst will work widely across the business to understand the processes, workflows and technological systems.The Business Analyst will be involved with an ERP Implementation in the coming months, our client are yet to identify their preferred ERP, so this is a fantastic opportunity for any BA's with ERP experience to help identify an ERP, shape the project and general IT landscape. Futhermore, our client have stated that any programming experience, such as Java or .Net would be very nice, however is not an essential requirement.Business Analyst - ERP Implementation - Key Skills:

'€¢Multiple workflows, business processes that have issues'€¢Stakeholder management, persuasive skills, resilient, able to challenge decisions'€¢Work very closely with IT / IT Development teams, programming experience would be very nice - .Net or Java'€¢Previously involved in an ERP implementation'€¢Financial module experience - AR, AP, GL etc.'€¢Process mapping - Visio'€¢Writing up functional documentation'€¢Facilitate requirements gathering workshops'€¢Utilise appropriate tools to complete analysis'€¢SWOT, BPM, Use case, data modelling etc'€¢Document requirements '€¢Create business case, PID etc'€¢Present ideas and findings'€¢Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements'€¢Manage competing resources and requirements'€¢Ensuring solutions meet business needs'€¢Managing change through structured process'€¢5+ yrs experience in similar role'€¢Exceptional analytical thinking'€¢Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills'€¢Experience of project management methodologies'€¢Ability to work in a structured manner'€¢Excellent communicator both verbal and written'€¢Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form, and to work with minimum supervision
