WorkDay Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant -HalifaxConsultant with an overall experience of 10+ years along with 3+ years of WorkDay Advanced Compensation product experience.Consultant must have played Functional Consultant role and executed at least 2 projects for reasonably big implementation projects.Shall work with Business and IT teams to define the roadmap and configuration of the product to best suit the business requirements.Shall exploit the product capabilities and guide the implementation teams.Shall review and guide the teams to ensure proper product testing is done at all the stages of implementation.Shall have excellent communication skills.Shall possess strong stakeholder management capabilities.Shall have experience of working with multiple teams spread across geographies.
