Operations Planning Analyst

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with an exciting new Fintech company to recruit an experienced Capacity Planning Analyst with strong background in gathering data from multiple sources, building forecasting models and planning for the future, as well as monitoring performance daily.

The Role

As a Capacity Planning Analyst you will analyse volumes and capacity of the wider Operations team. This will involve gathering data from multiple sources, building forecasting models and planning for the future, as well as monitoring performance.

The Responsibilities

*Use existing tools and data sets to analyse current capacity, future demand and recommend changes to the Head of Operations and Operations Committees

*Build forecast of expected demand levels based on a growing business with additional services and products

*Enhance operational reporting capabilities and the use of data to drive efficiency

*Establish dashboards and reports to measure performance against set KPIs

*Build strong relationships with both Customer Operations, as well as the Data team to obtain expertise and knowledge from both areas

The Requirements

*Experience in data analysis roles with some recent experience in demand and capacity planning, within an operational team

*Experience producing reports and dashboards to provide insights and track performance

*Adaptable to change - ideally experience working in a smaller, fast paced business

*Financial Services (Retail Banking) knowledge, particularly in operational areas

*Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems and data

*An understanding of AWS or other cloud based data analytic environments
