Engineering Manager Role on offer for a growing company where you will be able to take the next step-up and play a key role in mechanical design and production projectsDo you have experience within a Mechanical manufacturing background? Due to a sustained period of success they are expanding out their senior team and an Engineering Manager is required that can come in and play a key role in the Mechanical Team.In this role, you will be managing mechanical manufacturing for a wide range of projects, overseeing the production team and design process. You will also be liaising with the Electrical production team to ensure smooth teamwork across all areas of the project. This is an important position in the company and you'll need to have an extremely high attention to detail, as well as setting high standards of yourself when concerning output.The company have an excellent reputation for developing their staff through ongoing training and internal progression. *Engineering Manager (Mechanical Production)

*Taking control of multiple day-to-day projects

*Managing Mechanical design and production team

*Cross-Collaboration with electrical production team

*£45,000 - £50,000 + Pension + Training + DevelopmentThe Person:

*Mechanical Production/Technical Leader

*Strong knowledge of Product development

*Knowledge of working with design departments

*Essex Based
