1st Line Support Engineer (Helpdesk Windows Linux Azure MacOS MS Server). Global Software House is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to support their fast-moving operation and take ownership of a variety of technical issues from identification to resolution.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer you'll report directly to the Systems Lead and will have the opportunity to benefit from talented internal teams of support engineers and developers, growing your skills and expanding your career.

This 1st Line Support Engineer role backs a healthy work / life balance, with a 35-hour week plus flexible work opportunities. Requirements:

You have experience supporting Windows Desktop OS and MS Applications

You have a solid understanding of desktop and laptop hardware

You have good troubleshooting skills, and can relay complex technical information to a variety of audiences

You are a passionate technologist, keen to develop your skills

Beneficial: experience with Linux OS, automated build technologies, MS Azure
