Business Analyst With Payroll Experience

Progressive's commercial client is looking for a Business Analyst who has a good understanding of Human Resource functions, SAP, HR/HCM, SuccessFactors application and Payroll. This exciting project requires an experienced Business Analyst to utilise their experience and skills to implement a new payroll system.This role is key to the delivery of a number of HR projects underway within the Enterprise Systems Portfolio. Initially the role will lead the change to move to the Vehicle Award resulting in application changes in Kronos and SAP ECC. There is opportunity to become involved in the broader transformation program undertaking towards S/4 HANA and Cloud platforms.Central CBD LocationInitial 6 months contract with possibility of extensionImmediate Start for Right CandidateResponsibilitiesSound general IT experience (applications and/or infrastructure) including systemic knowledge of IT development, operational and change management processes and methodologiesGood understanding of associated business processes & legislative requirements relevant to the Human Resource Function.Technical exposure to HR Data including migration activities ideal.Ability to write Functional and Non-Functional specificationsProvide an understanding of inter-dependencies between Human Resources projects.Human Resources and Payroll function knowledgeExperienceA minimum of 5 years proven experience in Business AnalysisSuccessFactors Employee Central application knowledgeProven experience and track record in the successful implementation of complex IT projects with dependencies and interim states to be consideredProven experience in understanding SuccessFactors Employee CentralProven experience in understanding SAPHR/HCMExperience in implementation of Kronos is valuable.Feel free to reach out to Arslan Safdar via Linked-In https://www.linkedin.com/in/a-safdar/
