The Customer Support Analyst role:


We are seeking a sparkling Customer Support Analyst to drive support desk ticket resolution. You'll acknowledge all incoming support requests and accurately allocate tickets to our Technical Support team. You'll love being on the frontline interacting with customers and thrive being the central dispatcher and communications pivot that orchestrates momentum towards speedy ticket resolution.

We rank highly as the cloud hosting partner of choice for brands and agencies across eCommerce, websites & campaigns and apps and work with imaginative clients like Zipcar, Nandos in retail, ITV in media, Universities plus amazing sustainable retailers and non-profits such as Okapi, World Vision plus many more.

We're looking for:

+ Someone who enjoys actively owning problems right through to solution
+ A mindset that thrives on being empowered to get the job done
+ Good customer service skills, so prior experience (gained in any industry) is a must
+ Frontline customer facing ability in a problem-solving customer support capacity
+ Collaborative personality able to work well with Technical, Customer Success and Account Management teams
+ Exposure to a support desk environment (cloud, web, agency or technical would be amazing)
+ Strong sense of personal pride in owning and reporting on great customer satisfaction
+ Ability to make a contribution to seek out processes and systems for improvement

You'll be someone who doesn't hide behind a screen or get bogged down writing lengthy emails but embraces proactive problem-solving through people interaction.

You'll also be someone who enjoys working with technical people, perhaps being interested in working towards a Cloud career (technical, project management or sales) or with an interest in technology, scripting and/or coding.

Our team on average invest half a day each week in both technical & personal development.
