On a daily basis you will be supporting their clients. This is a client-facing role and you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will also be involved with project deployment, client training, existing client upgrades and new client installations. As part of your duties you will be expected to use your existing experience to quickly develop a working expertise in the use and operation of the application, alongside its interaction with other third-party applications.
