Salesforce Technical Specialist Central LondonOur client is a leading Financial Services company specialising in providing credit products to consumers in the United Kingdom. Based in Central London, they are currently undergoing a significant technology transformation in order to establish themselves as a leading market player.They are seeking a Salesforce SME to join the team and provide expertise on a wide range of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) projects.Responsibilities:Act as Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME within, advising on and managing SF delivery, functionality, technical architecture and solutionsResponsible for the build, execution and delivery of complex/technical digital comms requirements and campaigns across Marketing and Commercial projectsDrive best practice across SF platform functionality and configuration, and email/SMS build and deploymentExperience required:Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTargetDeep understanding of SFMC functionality and configurationExcellent knowledge of CRM and email and SMS marketing best practiceStrong data and reporting skills with an understanding of database management systems and process and experience in managing data migration and integrationExperience managing a wide range of stakeholders including Commercial and Technical/ChangeHighly organised and effective in fast paced organisations
