They are now looking to take on a Junior Maintenance Manager with the aim of training you to progress within the business.In this role the successful applicant will be given extensive ongoing training, working closely with the currently Engineering and Production Managers. You will form part of the management team in charge of the maintenance and production for the business. You will be exposed to different elements of the business to give you rounded experience and allow you to progress quickly. As part of a larger group the company are looking for someone who is passionate to learn and keen to develop themselves so that they can progress into a senior managment role within the group.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate engineer who is looking for an opportunity to kick start their career in a role that will allow you to rapidly progress through the ranks.THE ROLE:
