Desktop Scheduling Engineer

£25k - £35k + Benefits Package

Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Scheduling Engineer. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.

Applicants will be responsible for the success of the scheduling and the deployment of hardware and software, with the completion of backing processes to ensure the SLAs are met and the CSATs are positive.

Scheduling of Procurement Requests through Ivanti:

oStandard Catalogue:

?Scheduling Engineers to deliver/deploy:

*IMAC Engineers

*Desktop Engineers (when required)

*Conference Room Support Engineers

*Network Engineers

*CMITs Engineers

Scheduling of Non-Standard Catalogue Items:

?Projects, Demand Packages, 30hr Infrastructure Requests, RFQs, CNRs

Queue and Task Management in Ivanti

End to End process ownership, for:

oPost - procurement activity

oProvisional scheduling

oStores - config.

oBuild config.

oDeployment scheduling - absolute

oDeployment/delivery/install - including software licencing

Customer Handling:

oEscalations, Chase Ups, Complaints, Troubleshooting issues, IM&T liaison

Financial Reporting:

oMonth end reporting

oCMITs month end reporting

oSLA management

oMove - IMAC and Request analysis
