Salesforce Administrator- Birmingham- Up to £45KMy client, industry leader, requires a Salesforce Administrator to support their Salesforce platform. This is a permanent position based in Birmingham with a fantastic career progression path.
Role & ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the commercial sales team to ensure all user support cases are actioned in the right manner and successfullyManage all admin functions including user maintenance, report and dashboards, work-flows and other routine tasksImplementation of various projects delivering support with the highest levels of customer serviceDocumenting and maintaining Salesforce best practices and guidesProvide effective and responsive first line support to all users
