We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Key Responsibilities: As Programme Manager you will be accountable for the Delivery across the portfolio of Core Customer Products.You will coordinate and facilitate collaboration across a team of Agile Delivery Leads giving them the tools, guidance and support to enable effective delivery across the Tribe and across the businessSupport mobilisation and delivery of Core Customer or business wide initiatives or programmesPlay an integral role in Cross Tribe delivery planning and execution, ensure dependencies are captured, committed and effectively managedBe key escalation point for blockers across the Core Customer businessProvide weekly updates and reports to the wider businessGain buy-in and build strong relationship across senior stakeholders with transparency and alignment to progress and status being keyIt will be your role to drive the pace of delivery across a number of squads, whilst respecting and fostering their Agile cultures and ways of working. To do this, you will have to adapt a number of approaches and not take a one size fits all viewWork alongside our Product Managers to ensure we have robust roadmaps across the Core Customer portfolio aligned to business and technical strategyEnsure alignment across our Product, Engineering, Test and Delivery functionsFeed into Resource and Capacity planning across our SquadsEssential Skills and Experience:The Core Customer Programme Manager will report into the Head of Delivery and will need to

demonstrate a breadth of delivery experience and knowledge to ensure efficient delivery of across the portfolio.You will build relationships across the rest of the Delivery function is key .i.e. Agile Delivery Leads, BAs, Engineering and TestYou will have extensive experience in a similar role within a large, fast moving online business, and will have significant experience of more traditional project delivery methodologies. The successful candidate will also have experience of working in Lean and Agile software product deliveryExceptional leadership skills will ensure that you are seen as a role model and able to influence teams with your knowledge and experience of delivery and Agile ways of workingApproach-ability, open mindedness and an ability to work well with people at all levels of the business is at the heart of how we work.Be outcome focused with the ability to determine what adds value and what does notYou will focus and motivate the delivery teams to work at pace with quality and deadlines at the forefront of their thinkingOutside of Delivery you will build relationships with key stakeholders across the Leadership Team, Product, Marketing, Insight, Operations from within Core CustomerYou will be equally adept at managing delivery via third parties using agile and more traditional delivery methodologies.
