Test Environment Engineer

Base Monthly Rate (DOE): 14,000 - 16,000 AED per / month (£3,000 - £3,600).

As a successful and preferred recruitment partner, we have been instructed by one of the most prestigious and well-known global organisations in the world, operating in over 60 countries, to assist in the hire of a Test Environment Engineer to join the QA test team. You will facilitate test environment setup and develop on-demand test data generation capabilities. The successful Test Environment Engineer will also work with key stakeholders and will play a major role in supporting and enabling teams to improve time to market and ensuring better quality, by ensuring the provision of test environments to support on-going changes.

Our client's global HQ is based in the vibrant and extravagant multicultural city of Dubai. Experience / Skills Required

*Circa 5+ years in managing the setup, build, upgrade and maintenance of test environments for multiple products/solutions, both on-premises and on cloud as well as experience in test data management

*Ideally 5+ years in working with large IT Organisations with a large suite of applications, building test environments from the ground-up.

*Hands-on experience working with Test data management tools and setting up test data generation capabilities

*Knowledge of Java, Python, JS, Ruby, Perl, .NET etc

*Relational and No-SQL Databases

*Knowledge of Architecture, including Microservices Architecture, SOA and cloud hosted large scale systems

*Good understanding of DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery

*Degree or Honours in Computer Science ideally
