Job Purpose

A Global Biotechnology Company who are currently based in Dublin are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team as part of an exciting company expansion and project.Your New Role

As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for management of the day to day QA function for the site.

You will work closely with production and QC department in providing support and QA expertise.

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Quality.Your New Company

You will be working in a highly collaborative work environment, where employees are encouraged, valued and supported to advance their careers within.Your Duties and Responsibilities as Quality Manager

- Responsible for management of the scheduling of internal and external audits and the execution of audits as required.

- Ensuring that the manufacturing authorisation and Site Master File are maintained as current and that the PQS reflects current GMP requirements.

- QA lead for third party activities, overseeing the QA/QP release of all third-party products, regulatory compliance aspects and providing QA guidance to third-party sites.

- Initiate, author, and assist with documentation requirements (SOP's, reports etc.).

- QA review and approval of master and executed batch records from third parties.

- Responsibility for QA approval of documentation including: written procedures, executed batch records, QC results, validation reports/protocols, risk assessments and supplier evaluations.Your Education & Experience

- Degree in science or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 6 year's experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.

- Minimum 3 year's experience in a Senior Quality position.

- Project management experience.

- Experience of leading QA function at regulatory inspections.

- Experience managing third party CMOs.

- Experience of managing a team is desirable.Your Skills & Competencies

- Relevant post graduate qualification is desirable (e.g., MSc. / Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology or other related QA qualification).

- Project management experience.

- Ability to lead/provide input into technical investigations.

- An ability to manage the workload of a busy department.

- Strong working knowledge of the following quality systems.What's in it for you?
