Job Role: User Researcher

Location: London

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Inside of IR35)

The client requires an experienced User Researcher to join their London based team to work within the across the digital area with the software engineering team.

Specific skills and knowledge required To be added by the recruiting manager:

*Experience of research processes, including writing test scripts, recruiting users and organising testing.

* Experience of conducting user research, including contextual research, ad-hoc and lab usability testing, with strong moderating and interview skills.

* Proven ability to draw sound conclusions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence and presenting findings in a creative and engaging way.

* Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to see the bigger picture and translate business problems and user needs into relevant, actionable research plans and objectives.

*Demonstrable understanding and experience of user-centred design practices.

*Experience working within an agile environment, and ability to take the lead on defining user needs.
