Senior Network Engineer (CCNP Cisco Multicast Firewalls). City based trading firm is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to maintain and support the global Cisco and Mellanox wired and wireless network infrastructure for business critical data feeds. You'll build, maintain and monitor low latency networks; perform network engineering and design for projects as well as BAU expansion; implement new services and work with external vendors to support the global WAN infrastructure. You'll also analyse and monitor security infrastructure and advise on and remediate network and security risks and issue.

As a Senior Network Engineer you will join a collaborative team and will be encouraged to make suggestions and improvements. You'll be working in an informal atmosphere in the City with a good work life balance, casual dress code, bright, funky offices and a peaceful work environment.

Requirements:

Indepth knowledge of Cisco network technology - CCNP qualified

Experience of working in a financial environment

Experience of monitoring and supporting low latency networks

Multicast experience

Nice to have: experience of providing network support for data feeds; Mellanox switches, Cisco Catalyst and Nexus series switches; Cisco ASA; Checkpoint Firewalls; Cisco Meraki Wireless
