As a Service Integration Manager you will oversee the progress and performance of supplier technical and/or business interactions. You will also be responsible for supporting the commercial and supplier management teams in the activities required to achieve integration of the services and suppliers. Your goal is to create convergence between supplier services and business needs acting as a strategic advisor.
Responsibilities
* Understand how business processes are supported by internal and external suppliers;
* Provide practical support for the creation of, managing and controlling risks and issues that impact on supplier technical and/or business integrations;
* Support the management of cross supplier communication through leading on all aspects of event planning and management of the monthly internal and external supplier event;
* Encourage and monitor cross-supplier opportunities to demonstrated the benefits of co-creation;
* Ensure that the end-to-end Programme management activities that impact on all suppliers are visible;
* Support the commercial and supplier management teams with any cross-supplier non-conformances to facilitate efficient resolution to the benefit of all parties;
* Engage with all internal stakeholders to ensure supplier dependencies are on track;
* Work with Head of Project Management Office to leverage established governance frameworks to ensure that activities between services and suppliers are clear;
* Be prepared to travel to other ONS sites as required.
