Currently seeking a highly organised, customer service oriented and tech savvy IT Helpdesk Support Administrator for an initial 12 month contract based in Sydney for a large Australian owned and operated company.The Role:Take and action a high volume of incoming callsSingle point of contact for 500 user over 34 sitesUse Zendesk to action ticketsWorking with Outsource Teams for set up of New & Disabled usersCoordination of Deployment and Return of end user devicesEscalate problems, when required, to appropriate Subject Matter Expert or VendorFollow up IT incidents once issue is resolvedUpdate Knowledge BaseEffectively prioritize and execute tasksExperience:Excellent Phone MannerZendesk Ticketing Tool preferable but not necessaryMinimum of 6-18 months Helpdesk support experience or similarStrong analytical and problem solving skillsUnderstand of Office 365If this sounds like you please click apply.
