One of the world’s leading software suppliers to the recruitment industry is looking for a UX Consultant in Eastleigh. The Consultant will receive an excellent benefits package including, health insurance, discounted gym membership and employee discount scheme.As a UX Consultant, your responsibilities will include:Working across all stages of the design process from discovery and research to design, test and measuring the impact of a solution.Taking a user-centred design approach, working with clients to understand their requirements and provide intuitive user experiences.Translating research findings into specific recommendations to quickly improve product designs.Creating wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for products.Working closely with the Product Managers and Development teams to rapidly iterate solutions in an agile environment.Clearly and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders up to director level. We are looking for a UX Consultant with the following skills and experiences:
Extensive UX design experience working on responsive web applications.Expertise in standard UX software and in particular Axure.Previous experience of research and usability testing.Experience of working in an agile development environment.
