A provider of market-leading technology solutions to the recruitment industry is looking for a Marketing Manager in Coleshill. If you do not have MS Dynamics 365 experience, they will pay for you to complete the course to ensure you have the qualification as quickly as possible. As a Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:Manage multi-channel marketing for the company.Brainstorm new innovative channels and activities that will help differentiate and develop the company brand.Support and drive sale campaigns via social, automated campaigns and email marketing.Analyse, track and report on campaign, event and data.Manager PPC and SEO campaigns.Build and implement a comprehensive plan for all events to gain maximum exposure.Work with the internal Dynamics365 CRM system to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted and to secure the correct categorisation of captured data and qualified leads.Regularly track and provide analysis on product positioning against competitors. We are looking for a Marketing Manager will the following skills and experiences:
Degree qualified or previous marketing experience in B2B IT.Demonstrable experience and proficiency with producing go-to-market plans, messaging and positioning of IT solutions.Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Twitter.Hands on experience with SEO / SEM and CRM software.Strong Google Analytics / Google Ads editor / PPC advertising skills.In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms. Examples of previous successes delivering successful strategies. In return the Marketing Manager will receive a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
