Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Applications Networking). Are you a positive, tech-driven Technical Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to progress your career? You could be supporting the operation of a global Software House as they open the doors of their first London office.

In this Technical Support Engineer role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Customer Success, Product Management and Development teams, managing a queue of customer support issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will act as a critical link between the customer and internal technology teams, so you will need to be able to relay complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident team player, willing to get stuck into resolving diverse challenges and use their initiative to work independently through quieter periods.

Requirements:

You have experience in support of Cloud Applications (preferably at a SaaS company)

You have an understanding of basic networking

You are keen to develop your tech skills and learn new technologies

Desirable: you have a college / university diploma / degree
