Business Analyst - Telephony, Contact Centre Solutions

Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading financial organisation to recruit a business analyst with a strong focus on telephony and contact centre solution projects to join their existing thriving team in Solihull

£40k - £50k

As a business analyst your role will focus on gathering business requirements and technical requirements from stakeholders around the business, translating these documents into a workable solution considering all project deliverables such as timescales, budget and quality. This role will focus around a telephony upgrade project for the existing call centre so experience with networking and telephony projects would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

*A strong understanding of telephony projects from inception through to solution design and implementation

*Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and structure complex information into a readable and workable solution. Communicating this across the business in relevant methods such as workshops

*Gathering and documenting functional and non functional business requirements in a structured way

*Working closely with development teams to break down the business requirements ensuring the 'as is' and delivery of the 'to be' requirements

*Continuously focus on business and service improvements throughout the business

You will need

*Proven experience as a business analyst within a telephony environment or specifically on telephony projects

*Call centre solution experience is highly advantageous

*Strong experience in gathering business, functional and non-functional requirements

*Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate requirements to a non-technical audience

*Experience using Business Process Modelling and Agile methodologies are desirable
