This includes projects related to investments and improvementsEnsuring that required metrics are understood and available. These metrics make certain the platform remains operational, optimised and available to business end usersEmbrace agile ways of working with a view to fully automating the configuration and management of our Microsoft servicesDeliver Teams strategic Voice and Video technology change, working with Director of UCC and Microsoft architectsDeliver subsequent Teams High and Low Level Designs to support the Teams blueprint ready for implementationSupport and develop the emerging engineering and operations functions for Office 365 with your colleagues ProfileMicrosoft Teams Voice and Video Engineer'SME' level experience in Teams and Skype for Business OnlineOffice 365 or UCC technology positionEnterprise global voice estates of c15,000 seats and aboveExperienced in working with large geographically dispersed teamsDeep level of understanding of voice technologies: TDM, SIP, QoS, SBC, Codecs, Voice Recording and general IPTCall / Contact Center Technology and Cloud PBXInternational voice and video strategy deploymentWorking knowledge of Google, Office-365 and Microsoft Collaboration suites and experience in managing Collaboration TechnologiesITIL operational awareness and understandingRelevant Microsoft skills and certification: Office 365, Skype and AzureVoice vendor skills such as Avaya, Polycom, Cisco certification, awareness and understandingStrong PowerShell skills, preferential secondary skills in JSON Job OfferMicrosoft Teams Voice and Video Engineer£60,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
