This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading financial services organisation as a Senior Project Manager based near CardiffClient DetailsA market leading financial services organisation looking for a Senior Project Manager based near CardiffDescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering a variety of organisational projects that feed into the organisatiosn current transform and change goals The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:The successful implementation of a variety of bespoke complex systems and applicationsSuccessful delivery of assigned business improvement projects through effective utilisation of available project resourceDeliver a portfolio of projects in line with organisational expectations - to time, scale & budgetDefining project scope, goals and milestonesCommunicating progress to senior stakeholdersIdentification of risks to projects and clear communication of these risks to relevant partiesEnsure successful delivery of projects within time and budgetLead and influence permanent and contract resource to deliver project goalsProviding advice and guidance on areas for process improvement within the project delivery functionStaying up to date with industry and regulatory changes and communicate these to relevant colleaguesProfileThe successful Project Manager will possess:Experience of Senior Project Management - multiple projects / portfolio managementDeliver complex application projects - CRM / ERP / Bespoke systemsExpertise in both waterfall and agile project managementExtensive experience delivering end to end change in both large and small businesses - financial services experience desiredDemonstrable experience of delivering complex projectsExperience of embedding business change following successful project deliveryAbility to manage a diverse range of stakeholders of varying seniorityEvidence of leading multi-disciplinary, diverse project teamsTrack record of delivering projects to time and budgetExcellent communication skillsPRINCE2 qualificationScrum Master or equivalent highly desirableJob Offer£50k - £60k based on experience + package
