Technical Support Engineer

Cardiff

£25,000 - £30,000 + Performance Bonus + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

In this role you will be taking technical calls and emails from the business that the products are supplied into. You will be providing technical support and troubleshooting on a range of equipment, and if not possible to remedy, arranging service engineers to go to the client site.

The ideal candidate will have been in a technical support role, or similar and have a technical understanding or background in engineering, technical or similar. Customer satisfaction will be at the forefront of your mind.

THE ROLE:

*Technical troubleshooting on wide range of products.

*Fielding technical queries by phone and email.

*Working directly with companies.

*Arranging service engineers to fix problems.

THE PERSON:

*Technical Support.

*Dealt with businesses directly.

*Knowledge of understanding of engineering products.

*Ideally have an interest in the beauty industry.
