As an industry leader, no other company has the same level of resources or industry knowledge to meet customer needs through consistently analysing market trends, maintaining long standing relationships and launching new business.Job descriptionIn this Operations Product Manager job, you will be reporting to the Head of the Coins Division, joining a small, close-knit team of two. You will be supporting the development and promotion of the product portfolio, in line with the marketing strategy to contribute to the growth of a multi-million pound business area. You will be using your excellent research skills to brainstorm historic events to commemorate, your creative flair to design television ads and pen one of a kind certificates, as well as your analytical expertise to interpret sales data. It would be hugely beneficial if you had some copywriting experience teamed with an A level in Maths.Key responsibilitiesIn this Operations Product Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Managing the Product Portfolio, ensuring that all pricing and products are covered off. Briefing and proofing marketing materials using your product expertise.'€¢Researching and designing key topics and themes throughout the year including costings, packaging and accessory materials. Working with suppliers to determine feasibility, availability and delivery deadlines.'€¢Managing the product development calendar.'€¢Working to become the product expert and briefing all necessary teams including but not limited to the sales team and marketing team.'€¢Reviewing stock levels to ensure product availability taking marketing campaigns and previous demand into account.'€¢Conducting mystery shopping, tracking and reviewing key competitors in the industry.'€¢General administration.

Job requirements

'€¢A minimum of a 2.1 from university'€¢At least a B in GCSE Maths and English'€¢Strong analytical ability and an aptitude for problem-solving'€¢Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, we're looking for someone with the ability to tell a story to the consumer'€¢Excel skills - pivot table knowledge would be a bonus!'€¢A good problem-solver'€¢Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills'€¢A professional and friendly demeanor'€¢A strong work ethic and a proactive approach
