Integration & Data Warehouse Support ManagerBirmingham - Flex workingUp to £57,000 + Great benefits and Bonus As Integration & Data Warehouse Support Manager you will be responsible for owning the companies Integration and Data Warehouse portfolio. Working in our Birmingham city centre head office, you'll be part of a wider Business Change & Technology team with direct line management of three Software Support Analysts and report to the Head of Service & Systems Support.Responsibility'sA hands-on owner of Integration and Data Warehouse portfolio, to support, manage and evolve the services through their operational lifecycle, ensuring data quality throughout.Leading and coaching a team a of Software Support Analysts to provide data modelling, data sets for analytics, technical support, consultancy and expertise across all M&B's integration, data warehouses and reporting suites.Partnering vendors and colleagues to create a culture of continuous improvement to ensure our data platforms and integration systems are leveraged, remain up to date, optimised and aligned to our IT Roadmap.Continuously review and manage the consolidation when required of legacy and redundant integrations, data repositories and datasets and support the use of new data platforms to drive efficiencies.Leading the team to use to deliver data insights that enables colleagues across the organisation to make more effective decisions using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Business Objects.Experience / Skills Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Data Warehouse / Integration platform support role.Must have experience of supporting a wide range of current database, reporting, and integration technologies including BizTalk, Microsoft SQL, SAP BI, Power BI.Strong database fundamentals and data modelling knowledge including, data warehouses, ODS, data mart, data cube, and other database technologies.Experience of managing and influencing third parties to achieve desired outcomes.Experience with SOAP, REST, Webservices, Tomcat, XML, JMS, and SOA/Integration technologies desired.Required skills: Communicating with Clarity, Personal Courage, Win with Our Customers, Making the Complex Simple, Lead from the Front, Drive for Results, Forward Looking
