Production OperatorCardiff3 Months£9.84 PAYEThe role will require the successful candidate to work a two-shift pattern of 6-2pm and 2-10pm. Key responsibilities include:DNA-controlled cleanroom that manufactures DNA sample collection cards, devices and kits, used by police forces and research laboratories. The roles will require proactive employees who are engaged in continuous improvement and team orientated. Responsibilities will also include customer focus through MPS schedule and demand fulfilment.Essential Qualifications and Skills:Health and Safety focusedAble to work to a controlled documented processFocused on Quality and ComplianceTarget DrivenPrevious experience of working in a manufacturing role.Basic IT skills.Excellent communication skills.The ability to work in a cross-functional team in a solution-driven mannerThe ability to work on own initiative whilst being part of a wider team.Desired Qualifications and Skills:Experience in cleanroomsExperience in paper manufacturing/printingExperience in setting machines ie. guillotines, die tools,Experience operating an automated machine / semi automated machineAbility to teach others Mandatory DNA Free Cleanroom rules:No makeup, nail varnish, hair extensions/false eyelashes, perfumeFull day wear of latex gloves (changed every 2 hours) and surgical face maskPlease submit your CV in the first instance or call me on 07483128595
