Role: UX Designer
You will Working closely with the Product Manager and you will; play a key role in this companies growing product team, be responsible for gathering and evaluation of all user requirements, illustrating and presenting ideas, producing UI wireframes and ultimately shape and establish the UX in an already successful and expanding business.
You will lead and run a user testing program to understand their customers and provide valuable insight to drive usability decisions, produce CRO test ideas and provide QA support and troubleshoot UX problems.
Requirements
      •     A strong portfolio of design projects, demonstrating a range of concepts for web design
      •     Proficiency Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
      •     Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch or InVision
      •     Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues with knowledge of usability facts in human-computer interaction
      •     Have e-commerce experience
      •     Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
      •     Ability to discuss and explain design decisions
      •     Ability to handle a project with minimal aid or direction

Nice to have's
      •     A basic understanding of JavaScript
      •     Experience with Agile methodologies
      •     Experience with liquid code or developing on the Shopify platform
      •     Understanding of conversion rate optimisation or data-driven product development (analytics, a/b testing, etc.)
