Senior Model Validation Manager - up to £100,000 - Manchester*Please note the role is for candidates with right to live and work in the UK, the client does not offer sponsorship at this stage*My client, based in Manchester and operating in the financial services industry, is recruiting for a Model Validation Senior Manager to join the Model Validation Team. You will work with a variety of models in different areas, meaning you will get exceptional exposure to more than just similar model projects and really have a chance to gain some valuable skills.The company is looking for someone with extensive experience leading and managing teams and an excellent track record in a modelling or statistical analysis role, as they are looking for someone who will manage a team of manager and analysts to ensure models are fit for purpose and ensure their validation before reaching deadlines. The must haves are:Experience leading and managing teamsExperience working with stakeholders and excellent communication skillsExperience delivering solutions in a modelling or statistical analysis roleAbility to write and interpret technical documents and reportsGood knowledge of compliance requirements (IFRS9, IRB)The company is willing to pay up to £100,000 depending on experience.
