Due to new growth at one of our North Birmingham clients, I am now recruiting for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join one this company as of an immediate effect. (6 month contract)
The role will include dealing with any IT related issues that couldn't be resolved from 1st line, escalating further tickets to 3rd line, troubleshooting user systems and devices, assisting the systems administrator in a wide variety of projects and working alongside various projects that are currently underway.
Duties:
* Investigate, resolve and escalate technical issues from Help Desk support via internal ticketing system.
* Resolving tickets via Remote Tools
* Create and set up new users within the organisation
* Management of mobile devices through MDM
* Resolving complex IT issues
* Troubleshoot and Configuration for Windows 10 systems
* Active Directory
